چکیده

Based on theoretical studies, the authors of this paper propose use cosmetic organosilicon polymers (commonly called silicones) for extraction a complex biologically active substances contained in vegetable raw materials. It is important to note that biological molecules do not interact with organosilicones and, therefore, their properties are altered after extraction. In work, we investigate efficiency several polyorganosiloxanes as extractants materials (Calendula Officialis L. and Artemisia Absinthium L.) useful preparation emulsions. Specifically, studies were conducted by using single component (polydimethylsiloxane Silicone Oil 350 cSt, cyclopentasiloxane BRB CM 50, phenyltrimethicone PTM 20) well mixture (PEG-12 polydimethylsiloxane 526, solution dimethiconol 1834, amodimethicone 1288). Compared water ethyl alcohol, more effective plants. Interestingly, combination different improved efficiency. The attained knowledge can be helpful development novel protocol formulation emulsions appealing applications.

Nanodiamonds as Carriers for Address Delivery of Biologically Active Substances

Surface of detonation nanodiamonds was functionalized for the covalent attachment of immunoglobulin, and simultaneously bovine serum albumin and Rabbit Anti-Mouse Antibody. The nanodiamond-IgG(I125) and RAM-nanodiamond-BSA(I125) complexes are stable in blood serum and the immobilized proteins retain their biological activity. It was shown that the RAM-nanodiamond-BSA(I125) complex is able to bi...
